For Single Premium Immediate Annuity (SPIA) cases placed prior to July 1, 2012 we'll be sending out I-Pad 2's.  In order to be eligible, your cumulative SPIA premium must be at least $150,000.  It can be a combination of cases utilizing the same, or different, carriers.  There is no limit to the number of I-Pad's you can qualify for.
