Attitude - Your enthusiasm combined with your state of internal happiness.
Product Knowledge - Your convincability. Know it!
Desire To Help - Desire to help shows, so does greed.
Preparedness - Confidence builder if you are, destroyer if you aren't.
Humor - Nothing builds good feelings like good humor and a good laugh.
Creativity - What makes them talk about you?
