1. Faxing: you complete a one-page TeleLife pre-application for either West Coast Life or Protective Life (with replacement form and bank draft form, if applicable) and fax it to us toll free at (800)856-3494.
   Online for West Coast Life: via EZ-App you fill the pre-app out on your computer screen and submit it straight to West Coast electronically via the internet. Once you are appointed with West Coast simply go to their website at www.westcoastlife.com and register for access. Within 5 minutes of your online EZ-App submission you'll receive a confirmation that the submission has been received & processing has started, the file number assigned to the application, and a PDF file of the pre-app itself for your electronic or hard file!
   Online for Protective Life: via TeleLife Web actually allows you to do an onscreen quote and then flow right into the onscreen submission. First you logon to the www.protectiveproducer.com website using the username and password you registered for after you became appointed with Protective. You will find the link for TeleLife on the lefthand side of the screen after you log in.

2. Within 48 hours a representative from West Coast Life calls the proposed insured to take the rest of the information needed, and at the same time arranges for the appointment with a paramedical company at a time and place convenient to the proposed insured. Note: It is important the your client is prepared to do this telephone interview with the TeleLife unit. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

3. The paramed visits the proposed insured to obtain the required medical information and lab samples and obtains all signatures!
